A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

• Third-Party Carriers: Voltara uses third-party shipping carriers to deliver products to our customers. Once the product is handed over to the carrier, Voltara is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier during transit. Any issues arising after shipping are the responsibility of the carrier, though we will assist in resolving the matter with them.

• Customs and Duties: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are not covered by Voltara. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

• Force Majeure: Voltara is not responsible for delays in shipping due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or customs delays.

SHIPPING POLICY 

• Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and shipping information.

• Shipping Methods & Timeframes:

• Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days for domestic orders and 10-20 business days for international orders, depending on the destination and shipping method.

• Expedited Shipping: If available, expedited shipping options will be shown during checkout with estimated delivery times of 2-5 business days for domestic orders.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount, as indicated on our website.

• Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s status on the carrier’s website.

• Shipping Destinations: We ship both domestically and internationally. However, some countries may not be eligible for delivery due to shipping restrictions. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout.

Additional Information

• Order Changes and Cancellations: Orders can be modified or canceled before they are shipped. Please contact us at voltarasupport@gmail.com or 916-234-3937 as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order. Once the order has been shipped, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.

• Missed or Returned Deliveries: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

• Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at voltarasupport@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement or refund if applicable.
